Post injury and illness (yeah both together) workouts?

Hello guys and happy new year, I really was looking forward for that iceball event but what happened happened :sadness: i got injured pretty bad and right after it by 2 days i got sick (that flu every year bruh) it's been almost 30 days now without training and i feel so bad for that.

Thankfully i am fine now, no injuries or illness so i can finally get back :LOL::yas: :yes: soooo i wanted to know some workouts i can do before jumping back to my routine (hero's journey...bruh that program is jinxed with me, and total abs) i don't wanna start heavy because I won't complete the day and will just get my spirit down to the center of the earth.

Injury of what kind?
Even without that info I can personally recommend vitality, foundation normal or light depending on how good you have healed. Fit in December is good too. Did that and I have some immense pains on a daily bases.
All in all you can open the filter and check out workouts depending on level. I choose 1 or 2 on a regular basis a level 2 when there is no jumping.
Look around. The only one that can truly say what you can do right now is you.
