HellYeah Well-known member Posts: 986 "On the Run!" Jan 25, 2024 #3 If you know your goal weight or lean mass you could go with 1g-1.5g of protein per lbs of your goal weight (lean mass). And of course you have to give those muscles a reason to stay aka strength training! Upvote 0 Downvote
