Hi.
I am considering chest and arms challenge https://darebee.com/challenges/chest-and-arms-challenge.html but wonder how to do "3 sets of push-ups to failure"? If one exhausts, how he will be able to begin again right after 30 seconds rest?
I can do a maximum 11 push-ups straight.
