Question about "30-day challenge LOWER ABS"

Hi! I'm a beginner with exercises and following your instructions, so I'm a little bit lost when in the 30-day challenge lower abs it says "8 leg raises. 10-count hold" Does that mean I should lift my legs 8 times and hold them up for 10 seconds all 8 times?
I know it may be a basic question, but I'd rather ask before I do the exercises wrong hahaha

Is not really about holding all of them them up for 10 seconds. You do 8 Leg Raises, and then you do a 9th one, and that's the one you hold for 10. I just read it again, so don't hold all 8, unless you're looking for something harder!

I had to re-read your post because I didn't notice the way you asked it at first glance.

OH! Ooooooooh!!!
I wish I had read this before doing the exercises today hahaha. I'll start doing them "properly" on day 6, I can't undo the abs on day 2 and 4 xD
