Hello, a quick question.
I read the Workout Manual but i still have a question about reps distribution, if i am going to do (Side Leg Raises 400 reps) does that mean i do 400 each leg or 200 & 200? Same goes to (side bridges 12 reps) is it 6 & 6 or 12 & 12?
It maybe a silly question but i really wanna know because the numbers are getting big, before i was doing them on each side as it was small numbers
