Rest days during programs

When doing a program that has thirty days for example, do I take rest days in between or go for thirty straight days?

You go for thirty straight days. The programmes are designed in a way that you have "active" rest days every couple of days, that are a bit easier. But you can always take a rest day if you need one, of course.
