Hi bees! I wanna do the Ronin's Blade program after primal strength, but I do not have a katana or similar... What can I do to raplace it? a broomstick will be ok?

A broom stick should work I imagine. Practice swords are basically long thick wooden sticks, after all.

In my experience, a broomstick or yardstick works well to practice forms with and get techniques down. A bokken (a wooden practice katana) has more weight to it, so you have to work a bit harder to control the weapon. My bokken weighs about a pound (~0.5 kg), so maybe you could tape a couple of broomsticks together to get the weight?

I'm a very amateur martial artist, though. Maybe someone with more expertise will have a better suggestion :puurke:
