Hi bees!
I have no idea where exactly to post this question. Since this is the help section I thought why not here. Although it could also fit in playground. I'm not sure.
I'm doing some RPG fitness at the moment. Love the story lines they offer. Just ordered the dungeons and workouts book, am doing zero hero right now. Except today I asked myself, how do I know if I leveled up?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to track things to give myself a new character level?
I'm going from Marshmallow to Norse Shieldmaid. That's about all I have so far as levels. Level 1 to 100 I'm thinking.

Thanks a lot for any and all suggestions and input

Ooo, I love this question!

There's a few different ways you can measure your progress, depending on what goal you're aiming for. You can do a subjective log like NightWolf suggested (what level do I feel I'm at today?) or track a single measure over time (how fast you can run or how many push-ups in one go). I had a friend that would track her progress by going to her favorite clothing store and seeing what size pants she could fit into every month! :tears:

It sounds like your goal is general fitness, so I'd recommend taking the Darebee fitness test now and calling those numbers your level 1. Repeat the test every so often, and when you gain 3 - 5 of each exercise, that's a level up!

Hope this helps! Good luck on your journey!

That is a great idea. Now I just need to find the test here. I seem to have seen it, but I can't remember where.

Out of curiosity, what are you using for your RPG fitness? Sounds like you have a system you're using and I love fun motivations for fitness.

I have dungeons and workouts now, just found it and ordered it.
So far I have been using my therapy workouts. It is very helpful, but I am getting slightly bored and thought of making it fun with a story line. I just absolutely suck at thinking up good ones 🤣
