Well it's been a while since I have posted on this log, but I have been here on the Darebee site with the exception of the last 3 weeks (around the Christmas season on).

I did complete the Ironheart Program and the 50 Push-ups In One Go Challenge.

I was still active up until Christmas, but took some time away over the Christmas season. I really had good intentions to get back into a routine and stick with it on January 1st, but unfortunately got hit with Covid.😱
The most that I did for the last couple of weeks was rest and take my furry friend out for a couple of walks each day.

I am doing a restart with consistently working out AGAIN:sad: I hit a block towards the end of the week last week and decided to start fresh this week. A part of making this decision is that I will be picking up the 1/2 Marathon Training Program next week to prepare for the Half Marathon that I will be doing on April 30.
