Smoked Tofu

Had some take-away Pad Thai and it had smoked tofu in it, really good I bought some at the supermarket today.

Bought a bottle of Pad Thai sauce and made my variation plus the smoked tofu, really good.

My wife didn't like smoked tofu and what we bought was kinda rubbery, she prefers the silken tofu. I like silken tofu in broth type soups and plain firm in a stir-fry.
