- Program: 4 Day Upper/Lower Dumbbell Workout Routine (on pause)
- Planet Fitness Circuit
- 8 Weeks to 5k
- Unbound
- Cardio 2x/week: 30 mins of stationary bike
- 1 day of full rest (yoga, stretching, foam rolling)
- Stretching/Yoga - 30 Days of Yoga
- Meditation
- The Hobbit Challenge - go to Lonely Mountain - 950 miles = cca1,528.88km - distance reached so far: 339.15 km
