Managed to get up and do my routine, sticking to the level 1 and just worrying about putting in the time rather than letting the thoughts of " We need to do way more this is very simple " Rope my mind into deviating from the plan. Today I was provided some nice stretching and overall just moving my body. Since it was very light I allowed myself to take a 1 minute rest between sets instead of 2. For the knee raises I went nice and slow and did my best to work on the balancing aspect, doing my best to engage my glutes and core. For the shoulder shrugs it gave me awareness of how stiff and tight my neck and shoulders are, will need to look into that eventually as its becoming an apparent problem.
