Square one - Day 4

Today was a pretty close call. I honestly woke up distracted and let a lot of the day go by being consumed with a bunch of heavy things on my mind. In the midst of scrolling, a Sam Sulek YouTube short popped up and I ended up riding that burst of motivation at midnight to get my workout in.

Today's session was a more intense version of Day 1 with the legs. I decided to focus on engaging my core more with these exercises and noticed it got more effort out of me to maintaining my balance using a better set of muscles rather than rely on momentum. I might just swap over to just taking 1 minute rest for this program unless there is a set where I will need more, feels like too much time will pass by and thoughts or worries will distract me if I rest way longer than I need if I can keep up with it.

Overall I'm glad I was capable and able to get a session in, Will continue my journey of making exercise a habit into my life and not just a goal to lose the weight.
