☝ I feel called upon to express gratitude for the ease with which we're enabled to access physical versions of the Darebee workouts/books. As someone who wrestles with the overuse of technology, I can't overstate the importance of having printed copies. With the aid of a simple interval timer, my exercise is shielded from notifications, temptation, distraction. This is an important pillar of my exercise practice, no joke.

Same. I have printed hard copies of the workouts I do regularly, and I always download the PDFs of Programs I'm working through so I won't be thrown off my schedule by Internet outages.I second this gratitude. I've been known to download the workout and then put my phone on airplane mode during my workout. I'm also going on a cruise next month and will not have cell signal onboard. Having a few downloaded workouts in my gallery will be useful for sure.
You know you're in interesting territory when you look forward to the burpees!
I DID IT!I am going to become a high knees hero. There is no other option. I recently completed the Hotfoot workout on Level 1:
And I intend to complete the Level 3 version one day. But that would mean doing high knees for a total amount of 17 minutes and 30 seconds in one workout session.
Bees, I've got my work cut out for me![]()
