Performing Power Bolt back-to-back with Persephone was very interesting and got me thinking about the difficulty with difficulties. The latter is classified as level 5 difficulty but the elbow planks, for me, were a rest period. Meanwhile this workout (level 3 in my book) is basically 2 continuous minutes of high knees that you're asked to fit 6 burpees in throughout. So much harder! Whomever person out there that is earning the extra credit with only a 60 second rest period... my hat is off to you.

☝ I feel called upon to express gratitude for the ease with which we're enabled to access physical versions of the Darebee workouts/books. As someone who wrestles with the overuse of technology, I can't overstate the importance of having printed copies. With the aid of a simple interval timer, my exercise is shielded from notifications, temptation, distraction. This is an important pillar of my exercise practice, no joke.

I second this gratitude. I've been known to download the workout and then put my phone on airplane mode during my workout. I'm also going on a cruise next month and will not have cell signal onboard. Having a few downloaded workouts in my gallery will be useful for sure.

Same. I have printed hard copies of the workouts I do regularly, and I always download the PDFs of Programs I'm working through so I won't be thrown off my schedule by Internet outages.

*Stuck on Level 1. No progress after 4 months. I don't know. I think levels 2 and 3 await behind a lot of failing and pushing through failing. I wasn't willing today. You know you're in interesting territory when you look forward to the burpees! Definitely a level 5 IMO.

I am going to become a high knees hero. There is no other option. I recently completed the Hotfoot workout on Level 1:
And I intend to complete the Level 3 version one day. But that would mean doing high knees for a total amount of 17 minutes and 30 seconds in one workout session.:saywhat:
Bees, I've got my work cut out for me :phew:
I DID IT!
I claim HOTTEST FEET in the hive for March 2nd, 2025. Thank you God, thank you Hive 🙏
