Suggestion: Summary Page for Running Programs

Having done the 8 Weeks to 5K Challenge and now browsing through the 8Weeks to 5K Program, I really appreciate the changes (Upper body days: Yay!).

However, I miss having a neatly summarized version that I can print and hang on my wall and cross out, and which also gives me an overview on which days are running days. (which require a bit more planning ahead).

I think it would be helpful, to have, after the coverpage, the program summarised? With the running days listed as they were before and on the workout days you can just have: Workout Day X. Then you would really get the best of both worlds. :)

I realise that this is extra work and maybe I am asking too much, but I thought I would throw it out there. I would like to re-iterate that I think the Darebee team did a wonderful job in adapting the challenges into programs and improving the workout days especially! Thank you so much!
