T booster or multivitamin

Ass the title says should I go t booster(Now testojack series) or should I invest in good multivitamin? I'm 24 yrs old, and would like to hear ur experiences with t boosters and with multi..

This is only informations.

Multivitamin can be good if you don't have a healthy and complete diet (with a lot of variety in veggies, fruits, nuts, meats etc...).
For T Booster it's definitely a placebo that can make you think it'll do well... I would not consider putting money in this. Training your muscle and cardio will do way better then taking anything.

If you have the money you can consider:
- Multivitamins
- Electrolyte (if you do long running, or if you do OMAD and fasting.
- Protein powder (for the protein intake) mostly if you do strength, muscle training
- Creatine powder (for the same reason and it surprisingly helps)
- BCAA amino acid because it's mostly included in the protein powder because it helps to absorb it all.

All the rest is just marketing money grabber.
