Four more challenges completed:
  • Splits :v:
  • Atlas (Normal) :v:
  • Action Hero :v:
  • No Sugar (30 days)! :v:
Currently working on:
  • Daily Crunch
  • Power Pose
  • Indoor Cardio
  • Epic Glutes
I guess I forgot my plan to do only two challenges at a time.

The timing of No Sugar worked out well. I'm going to take a break for the long Easter weekend, have some chocolate, then I'll resume with the No Sugar (15 day) challenge. I've lost a few pounds for sure from not eating granola bars or chocolate or jam on toast. It wasn't easy. I always seemed to feel just a bit hungry. However, I still don't know how I'll do the Only Homemade challenge. Do I have to make my own bread?

I just found this website a few days ago, and I am on day three of a ridiculous number of challenges (LOL). After completing the Splits challenge, can you do splits all the way to the floor? As a child, I never successfully did the splits. Of course, back then, I did not have a plan to follow. I am excited about this challenge, and I will be thrilled if I can do the splits at the age of 51!
Thanks and CONGRATS on all of your completed challenges!
Smiles :-)

Welcome, @Melisha . I've never been able to do splits all the way to the floor and, after completing this challenge, I still can't; however, I think I got a couple of inches closer after 30 days. I pretty much get as far down as the illustrated dude at the top of the challenge. Best wishes on all the challenges you've taken on!

Congrats on all your newly completed challenges!! :support: :support: :support: :support:

However, I still don't know how I'll do the Only Homemade challenge. Do I have to make my own bread?
My opinion here is if you can make bread and you have time to do so, go for it. But I feel like bread is an acceptable loophole.

Challenge Challenge progress: 145/166 (87%)

Five more challenges completed:
  • Daily Crunch :v:
  • Power Pose :v:
  • No Sugar (15 days) :v:
  • Indoor Cardio :v:
  • Epic Glutes :v:
Currently working on:
  • Endurance
  • Daily HIIT
  • Pull-up lv 2 (!!!)
After a total of 45 days of no sugar, I've noticed a real change. I definitely lost a few pounds. I stopped feeling hungry all the time. Cookies are currently too sweet, and I can taste the added sugar in bread. I think I'll continue with reduced sugar for a while (with occasional chocolate).

So, I'm attempting one of the biggest challenges: Pull-up lv 2. It culminates in 20 pull-ups / 8 pull-ups / 8 pull-ups. I have not yet been able to do 20 pull-ups in one go, so I probably won't get it first try. Any time I fail a day, I'll start over from the beginning until I get it or until it's clear that I won't. I hope it's the former.

Challenge Challenge progress: 147/167 (88%)

Two more challenges completed:
  • Endurance :v:
  • Daily HIIT :v:
And one challenge failed:
  • Pull-up lv 2 :x:
I made it to day 3, failed to complete the challenge and could tell that I was headed for injury if I kept it up. I'm going to need to build up more strength, maybe by repeating the level 1 pull up challenge a few times before trying this one again.

In the meantime, I will carry on with:
  • Reset
  • Level Up
  • Arms & Abs
It's getting hard to choose from the remaining challenges. They're all pretty tough.

Challenge Challenge progress: 153/170 (90%)

Three more challenges completed:
  • Upper Body & Core :v:
  • Everest :v:
  • Epic Core :v:
I've cleared 90% of the challenges! I'm currently working on:
  • Lower Body & Core
  • Recomp
Also, to try to build up to Pull-up lv 2, which I failed last time, I'm redoing Pull-up lv 1 with my son. It'll help, but I'm not confident it'll help enough.

The remaining challenges look tough, but I persevere. A couple of upcoming life changes may work in my favour, giving me more space and time to focus on what's left. Keep bringing it on!

  • Lower Body & Core :v:
  • Recomp :v:
Currently working on:
  • Burpee Countdown (the first challenge that gets easier!)
  • Jump Rope (I have a new workout space where I can finally do this challenge)
Next up:
  • Makeover
It's getting hard to pick from the remaining challenges...

Waiting for 2026 to clear as many of the remaining challenges as I can. I'll do the December challenge when it comes out if it isn't too difficult/time consuming.
