So there comes a time as you become more consistent when you're internally fit to a degree but still look like someone who is about to run out of breath. I am now at that stage and its fun. You will surprise people who assume that it will be easy to pass you by and you surprise them. All so today I started the arms of steel challenge I am looking forward to complete it and hopefully be able to start doing pushups
