I am new here, so I am excited to be part of the Darebee community! That being said I already have questions on health, mainly weight loss. I am 5"5 235lbs, technically obese and I know that the BMI chart has it's flaws but I've always wanted to be leaner/ around 135lbs. I have lost a bit of weight and kept it off since highschool (15lbs), but I've hit this rut in progress. Any advice on losing weight in a natural darebee way???
