Smashed 4 hours 50 minutes did as much as i could despite feeling so sore in the body from previous days workout as i can feel the intensity in the body! and heat in the body and did over toooo much! but felt okay overall healthier in the body as compared to last month!

Rest day as i was toooo sore in the body and helped mom out with various things around the house plants had to be potted in small pots as we have a small balcony garden, spent time with grandpa in the kitchen learnt a few recipes from him! washed up the dishes did laundry and took care of myself read a book had healthy cranberry juice! called it a night miss the one person who means the world to me....:( :cry::cry:

Moms health factor seminar attened it and learnt more about health and its causes, cancer awareness campaign, mental health awareness, depression sucide learnt how to help others cope with their issues learnt alot about my own self which i kind of understood that its not okay for others to take you for granted in this lifetime and its better to reach out to someone and talk things out about situations and you should not take health for granted as soon as anything happens in the body or any health situation arises best to talk to your doctor instead of listening to various people who dont know a thing about health.



it was freezing cold in the seminar hall so i got so sick to the point my body was shivering and shaking throughout and i threw up so i understood that handling health situation is important. i got 11 hours of sleep. There are very few people who care in this world about you... now i have learnt that the harsh way due to the pollution being at 500 i felt like my breathing was compromised i was finding it very hard to breathe so i put myself back on my nebulizer pump from long back i was weezing and finding it very hard to breathe

at a point in life when you do so much for others and they just take you for granted its not okay Lost a friend to blood leukemia and meeting the parents of the friend i lost was the most heart wrenching moment hearing the stories of how my friend died and hearing other cancer survivors tell their stories its just hard without crying cause i lost my grandma to cancer when i was 9 so like its not ever easy to hear stories from other families as compared to what my family went through.

Its Better to stay healthy in life cause you never know in life all i know is that hearing peoples stories makes you realize be completely healthy so that the body stays away from diseases like cancer cause losing people to various types of stuff like cancer or covid 19 for that matter makes it so much harder so dont take your lives or anyone you love for granted stay fit stay healthy key to life!

Smashed 2 hours and 58 minutes of workout as my grandpa needs round the clock care as he is 91 years old and turning 92 with gods grace next month so been busy with grandpa and his nonstop army survivor stories and round the clock care been given to him he is losing his memory his hearing, felt the intensity and woow felt the burn! grandpa doesnt even know who iam anymore he confuses me with my mom. So care is being given to him round the clock to make sure he gets his memory back a little as he is 91 years couldnt really give my full attention as he had a melt down. he is the only grandparent i have left who doesnt know who iam and doesnt care about me. With the round the clock care iam not able to take care of my body losing way too much weight.

Smashed 6 hours and 50 minutes of workout now that yesterdays day of nightmare is over and got back to smashing workout felt the intensity shit oh my god my arms literally ache and my body is so fucking sore and i really the one person who means the world to me was around doesnt feel good....:cry: its definitely hard to struggle with giving round the clock care to grandpa and workout dont think it gets any easier from here. My grandpa is slowing losing his memory and losing himself and he has lost his hearing so overall right now its a difficult situation hoping he gets better but probably not ever doctors are not giving any hope off to give grandpa care cya guys enjoy your workouts

Smashed 3 hours 50 Minutes even though the right knee is still recovering and still jammed up but i thought workout would help but fuck the pain! feeling healthier in the body but knee has taken a beating today..... yikes fuck.....

Its important to heal from the Injury and not Injure the Body further. Its better to get back to workout when you are confident that the knee wont get hurt!

Smashed 3 hours and 30 minutes and finished off strong even though my knee cant bear the brunt of the workout but trying anyways doing what i can to get myself back in shape and keep fit despite my knee



Its Better to completely heal from the injury and not think about what you have to do heal in your own time and never rush healing iam trying to do exactly that but knee is giving me hell still.

Sorry i have been away for a while my health has been on a downhill and i have just recovered but i have been working out here and there mostly but update i adopted 2 lhasa apso females in between so life got busy! but still working out though when i can!

But iam back and stronger then ever will get back to my routine of workout of stuff today!
