Uneven exercise per leg? Foundation Light program

Hi there, I just started the Foundation Light program, and I have a question about day 2. For each set you do 5 half squats of only one leg, and the recommended number of sets is 3, 5, or 7, depending on level. But that would leave you exercising one leg more than the other. Are you supposed to do 5 half squats with your left leg and 5 with your right for every set? Or are you supposed to ignore the recommended number of sets and pick an even number? Sorry if this is a silly question! Thank you!

i don't understand the half squats the same way, rather you should squat but not completely, so go down half way. And do 5 reps. I hope i am not mistaken one legged squats are call one legged squat usually :ss:

Oh that makes so much sense! The little drawing really looks like he's only doing one leg and I couldn't find a video of this particular exercise, but yes I see what you're saying! Thank you!

I can definitely see where the confusion comes from with the picture.

When I did that day, I wasn't sure the difference between a squat or half-squat. But this picture helped me out.
