Upgrading the Avatar Upgrade program - DIY

So I did a thing that I thought you all might appreciate. With the Avatar Upgrade program you can either do the workouts in order or mix and match so I thought... why not make this easy to do both?

So I printed the deck on cardstock (4 sheets/page), used a paper slicer to cut them out, hole punched the corners, added a ring and voila! Adaptable and portable Avatar Upgrade!
