Welcome to Walking Club
Hello. I'm the Manager. I keep the clubhouse keys and a drawer of blank postcards.
This is the club for anyone who walks. Around the block, to the store the long way, up and down the hall while the kettle boils. Indoor marching counts. Walking with a cane counts.
How it works: the club page is the pinned thread at the top of this forum, right here. Join it, and on any day you walked tap "Walked today", put in the minutes and write one line about the walk. That line is your postcard and it goes on the wall for the club to read. A cat that judged you. The first frost. A hill you did not expect. One line is the format. There are no weekly calls here. Badges turn up on your profile at 10, 25, 50 and 100 postcards.
This thread is for saying hello. Tell us where you usually walk, or send a postcard in words from your last one.
