Where to start by age/weight

Do you have place in the site somewhere that a person fill out their weight, age etc, that tells what is best to start with/ do?

Welcome to Darebee! I agree with Graoumia. Age is significantly less important than your current fitness level and goals. If it helps, I am late 50's with some joint problems and want to slim down some. I started with Foundation at level 1, and subbed squats for half-squats or chair squats when necessary.
Built To Last: How To Get Stronger, Healthier, & Happier At Every Stage Of Life has also helped me tremendously.

Ich habe mit Foundation angefangen. Es gibt noch eine Light-Version davon. Mach mal den Fitnesstest, den es hier irgendwo gibt. Ich bin Level 1, dachte, ich wäre fitter. (weiblich, 54 Jahre, 168cm, 64 kg). Aber mein Körper ist wie Pudding.
I still try the workout of the day every day. If it's too difficult, I take longer breaks.

Hi there and welcome.

This site kinda has the "just jump in" approach from what I can tell. Though there is a LOT of information in the guides, like the one graoumia shared. While it can be important to take age and weight into account, we have more of a focus on ability and going from there. One way to start out is with the site's Fitness Test.

Another suggestion I have is to take a bit of time (if you haven't already) to figure out two things. One is your why for working out. Is it to loose weight? To be able to go hiking? Lifting? Specific things are more helpful if you can, since they'll be stronger. For me, I've got things like wanting my body to match my mental image of what I look like and want to look like, but also I want to be able to go on adventures and do things.

The other thing is to have some goals. I have a mixture of concrete goals (like being able to do this cool flag pole trick my dad showed me when I was a kid) and some abstract ones (improving my stamina).

Both of those I have listed in my check-in log. Which I also recommend, since that can help with accountability and comradery.

But yeah, I'd think about your goals and use that to kinda jump in with a program or workout. Like, if you want to build up your arm muscle, then check out a workout that focuses on that. And then go from there. :)
