Workout regimen/Meal plan - Need Help!

Hi everyone, I am new to this site and I am looking forward to working towards my fitness/well-being goals with all of you!

Anyways, I am looking to gain lean muscle and lose weight. A little information about me:

Height - 6'6"
Weight 315 lbs
Daily Caloric Intake (caloric deficit already calculated): 2,900 calories
Macros breakdown: 30% protein, 40% carbs and 30% fats
Daily intake: 217.5 g of protein
290 g of carbs
96.6 g of fat
Daily sodium intake: 2,300 mg or less

My target weight is 270 lbs. Aside from gaining lean muscle and losing weight, I want to get a 6-pack (mainly because I have gotten close a couple times but I never achieved it). I am looking for a 90-day workout routine that can help me achieve this physique (if it takes me longer than 90 days to get down to 270, please let me know. I am open to any and all info/recommendations).

Lastly, I would like help in building a meal plan that I can stick to. In the past, I would go balls to the wall from the jump and we all know how that turns out. I really want to build some healthy habits which eventually leads into a lifestyle change while achieving my goals.
