Yoga Challenge

"Just Me"
I want to make 2023 MY year with more ME TIME and less STRESS.
I am overweight, and super unfit. Therefore I decided to start with the Yoga Challenge on a daily basis as well as some treadmill walking every second afternoon.
Planning to start on 4 January 2023 as there are still some visitors etc and I want a clear mind and no worries about food when I start.

Can anyone who has/had the same struggles, give me some tips on how to motivate myself as it will be a long journey as I hope to loose between 50 - 60 kg gradually and over time.

I enjoy yoga. It’s the easiest thing to get me moving in the morning. My workouts are usually a yoga warmup and a Darebee workout with yoga breaks. I do the same warmup and breaks every time, and add more when I feel like it. I feel like the consistency of the same thing is enough get me going when I don’t feel like working out. Usually, once I start my warmup , I find I’m up to a darebee workouts.
