How to sleep better ~ :star::star::star:


*use Closed captions and x2 video*

- get an alarm
- less light exposure
- hydration ( water 2 lts +)
- Diet ( sugar affects nrem)
- exercise ( more walks, resistance, better REM time, wakes up less time )
- napping ( 20 -30 mins a day )
- Alcohol relaxes you but less quality of sleep :(
- sleep in Dark and cool enviroment ( remove devices)
- Do not check clock before bed, causes anxiety )
- Develope a sleep schedule. ( be consistent )

Bar Bell Curls ( harder than easier, biceps instead of tripceps)
Kable kick backs
Waist high pull
