Next program after TEN

Hi!
- I have: three-nager, 2 month old, and 20 kg too much.
- I don't have: time to do big workouts at one go and brain energy to create my own schedules.

I don't have a particular focus, just general fitness level improvement, because apparently after having two kids my muscles are toast. I was not a super fit person before though my current level (bad) still surprised me. Obviously I want to loose weight, but I think breastfeeding + doing some exercise will do the trick.

Currently I'm close to finish TEN. It's perfect for my current level of fitness and takes just 10 minutes. I wonder which program should I take next? My biggest problem is time: I can do several (1-3) ten minutes workouts throughout the day, maybe 15 minutes; longer isn't realistic especially on weekends. I thought maybe doing some program at lvl1 but two times a day?

I'd also suggest 30 days of LIIT - maybe for when you're done zero Hero? It takes 14 minutes per day tops, if you do the maximum number of sets (including breaks)

Both of these are not very time consuming, and Totals can be split in manageable parts.

Thanks! I'll put them into bookmarks =)

Thanks! Judging by how Zero Hero goes so far, I think LIIT might be comparatively lower level than I need. But yeah, *IIT-style of programs are easier to predict.
There are similar style HIIT programs that are level 3 and 4 if you like the idea but want to try something a little harder. I'm doing 60 Days of HIIT right now and I honestly love the predictability in terms of the timing.
