I might be going a little too hard today but I have a job interview tomorrow and I am nervous about it. Did The Foundation Light, then a Zombies Run Homefront workout (basically dance with strength intervals) then I have silks class tonight and I do 15 minutes of yoga every day before bed.
Thank you for the welcome! Migraine seems to be over! Completed my workout for today. I did 7 sets, but I am not sure I am going to always be able to fit that in. I plan to do 15 minutes of yoga before I get ready to go out tonight.
I'm an aerialist and a sailor trying to find some consistency in my workouts. I started today with the Foundation Light, because I get migraines and the idea of having to jump right now didn't sound great.
