I'm an aerialist and a sailor trying to find some consistency in my workouts. I started today with the Foundation Light, because I get migraines and the idea of having to jump right now didn't sound great.

Thank you for the welcome! Migraine seems to be over! Completed my workout for today. I did 7 sets, but I am not sure I am going to always be able to fit that in. I plan to do 15 minutes of yoga before I get ready to go out tonight.

I might be going a little too hard today but I have a job interview tomorrow and I am nervous about it. Did The Foundation Light, then a Zombies Run Homefront workout (basically dance with strength intervals) then I have silks class tonight and I do 15 minutes of yoga every day before bed.

Got a little bonus exercise yesterday when I accidentally locked myself out. I was taking out the trash then I had to walk to the leasing office.

Forgot to do my workout yesterday because the "hike" my friend invited me to turned out to be a Hash. Just completed it today.

Finished The Foundation Light. I am going to try to get my partner to do another beginner one with me, but I am not sure which one yet.
