    I skipped a day. Was not feeling well yesterday and stayed at home. I'm on my way to the gym now. End of the day edit: I was in the gym for a hour and 20 min. I did 100 Push-Ups of the "50 Push-Ups a Day Challenge" (Day 3) I didn't do bench or steps today. My arms is to sore.

    I'm a bit sore today but ready for day 2. Again I did a Fresh Start to warm up. I did 100 Push-Ups of the "50 Push-Ups a Day Challenge" (Day 2) I did 100 Bench Presses End of the day edit: I went to the gym and had a hour gym session. Tomorrow I will feel it for sure.

    Good morning Darebee world. Yesterday I listened to a Joe Rogan motivational podcast. Got me thinking that I need to get back into some exercising. I feel unhealthy, bit over weight and not at a good place. Going to start slow and see where this is going. I did a Fresh Start for some warm up...
