Robin’s Blade - Day 3

Hello all,

Trust you are all well.

I’m attempting the above early this afternoon. There are 4 pictures and I don’t know which sequence to do it. I presume it’s top left 10 horizontal cut + cross cut then 10 vertical cuts, repeated 5 times. Then, its top right 10 side-to-side lunges followed by 10 overhead raises , repeated 3 times.

You have to decide what to do: fight to kill or defend & dodge.
Depending on what you choose there are different exercises.
Fight to kill: horizontal cut + cross cut and vertical cut (5 sets)
or
Defend & dodge: side to side lunges and overhead raises (5 sets)
You can choose how you behave :)
