Kung Fu Panda has lost his magnetism!

I haven't posted for a while. I've been going along fine though.

I had the physio on Monday. It was OK. I have some exercises to do.

Otherwise I'm largely up to date, with the exception of one day off, which I didn't mind too much.

Yesterday was HIIT day, and I did a fitness kaykay video. I'm working from home today so on to the next day of Totals too. Yesterday was push ups and punches.

On we go!

Hey. Thank you everyone.

Friday was strength day and I tried a new dumbbell workout (and gave myself bad triceps DOMS! My triceps are weak, that much is true!)

Saturday, combat day.

Sunday, running day. 12.5km run with 200 metres of climb.

I'm up to day 23 of Yoga EDD.

Done exercise of the day every day too.

On we go!

Going along pretty well. Juggling things slightly this week to fit in some social stuff, but I've largely stuck to the Fighter schedule.

Today:

Exercise of the Day. Totals Day 10 - burpees! Yoga EDD day 27. Medium length run (in lovely weather).

Strength tomorrow.

Hey Everyone.

Thank you for the support.

I've been doing OK. Generally keeping to my schedule of the Fighter Programme, with three runs a week.

I did nothing yesterday, so back on track today with a short run at lunchtime I hope.

Still working through some challenges in my head, but I'm hopefully moving forward with those.
