Supper last night was cooked ground pork, chopped fried onion and green pepper, add penne pasta then when all cooked add grated Gouda cheese, lid it and let melt.

For lunch get a fry pan very hot, add olive oil then left-over supper, top with more cheese and lid, turn heat off and let sit. The bottom should be brown and crispy.

That sounds good! I should remember that tip for reheating similar dishes, too. :)

Had pasta again but with zucchini 1/4 length ways and sliced, pasta sauce and ground beef cooked for 3 hours. added some Gouda at the end.
