hiii all

i'm new at the gym and idk what should i do i have 4 days a week that i can go to the gym also i want to lose fat and build muscles can u help me please ?

@tititititititi it really depends on what you can do right now. Can you use the treadmill or stepper? Do that to start off with. Get your body moving. Then slowly think about what kind of weights you need to lift. Without more details about you it's hard to be more prescriptive, but I hope this helps.
