Interesting that a year ago today I was 154lbs, I been a steady 142lbs since July, and less before but do drop sometimes. I eat plenty, like i"m not dieting or out, eat normal.
Still go to the weight room 4 - 5 days a week, tai chi chuan everyday and some yoga (includes headstand and crow). Mondays I do Stronglifts 5X5 (A) and Fridays SL 5X5 (B) Tuesday I do arms, other days can be a variety, pull-ups, and started getting into a lot of upright rows with barbells, light to heavy at 70lbs. Pull-ups I do often and usually sets of 5 or go for max around 9 or 10.
