Well done! How are you liking Iron Heart? I did Ironborn a few years ago and really liked it. Some friends noticed changes in my arms. I may have to check out Iron Heart, as well.
I like it so far. I chose it over Ironborn, because, reading the description, made me think it was "to failure" exercises. Those give me diminishing returns. I might switch to Ironborn after I finish Iron Heart

  • 40 min run @ 8:22 min/mi
    • 4.83 miles
      • 0.17 miles short​
(Instead of starting at the target pace and slowing down as needed, I started at my normal pace and sped up as I could. Seemed to work better. 0.37 miles better)
