1/2 Marathon Training Day 4 Week 1: 25 min run @ 3.01 miles @ 8:18 min/mi

@WolfDreamer this is closer to what I normally run. When I run races, I just aim to keep it sub 9 min/mi.

Iron Heart Day 4 @ 30lbs total each exercise.
