How often to do calisthenics Prep (ex: L-sit prep, etc).

Hello,

I'm wanting to start doing more advanced calisthenics, but I'm wondering how often I'm meant to do the exercises. I linked an example of the workouts I'm referring too -- do I essentially do this like twice a week for a month and then see my progress at the end of the month? How have you all done it?
