Is there a certain workouts for flat footers?

I have flat feet as well. You can substitute the high impact exercises by doing a low impact version: doing a small hop in place of squat jumps; for booty kicks, just step to the side and kick back with the other foot, high knees - March in place. I’m pretty sure there’s an exercise alternatives section on this site if you do a search.
