I eat some Vegan or Vegetarian meals on occasion and it not really expensive. The trick is to choose a supermarket with low prices, and have deals all the time. Vegan restaurants are expensive for what you get.

Something I make often is using medium tofu, rice sticks and broccoli, a dash of soy sauce. I like tofu great in broth soups.

A South Indian restaurant I go to that is vegan and vegetarian is not expensive at all and very very delicious.

I have several books by vegan bodybuilders and watched videos on what they eat and for the most part very plain.

There's a cookbook called Plant Based on a Budget by Toni Okamoto that I use. I have to change some of the recipes a bit myself to make them gluten free. You can find it on Amazon or Barnes and Noble. :bro:

A vegetarian/vegan South Indian restaurant we visit and a Thai Bistro are quite affordable but some strictly vegan places can be a bit hoity toity. Here there's even 100% vegan fast food and food trucks.
