Carnivore starting Darebee journey

Hello all, last April I started my carnivore journey at 336lbs, and to date I’ve lost 98 pounds. The beginning of October I started jogging 3-3.5miles Monday-Friday mornings prior to work and other activities. About half way through October I discovered this website and was really blown away by all the information without being forced a subscription down my throat. I picked a program and started my workouts. I have since completed daily pushups challenge, and almost completed the total body program. My long term goal is to get in good shape with good muscle definition. I’m not worried about making muscles huge, just well defined. I am really enjoying the body weight workouts and would like to continue to do at home exercises, as the gym isn’t exactly my cup of tea. I don’t have any real physical restrictions. I am interested in what the more experienced people would do in this position. I’d like to pick some veteran brains, and maybe fabricate a long term game plan. Or at least figure out what program to do next on my endeavor. Thanks in advance for the assistance!

A few years ago I trained exclusively with Darebee's programs, challenges and workouts and this allowed me to be in excellent physical condition, this is to reassure you that it is a training that also works in the long term, I did it for about 3 years.
I followed a simple pattern: one program as the main workout and one or more challenges as an additional effort.
With so many programs and challenges, there were plenty of choices but not so many that I couldn't decide what to do next month
In this way I had fun and varied my training while continuing to improve.
This was my experience and welcome :)
