Weight loss with training and diet?

I want to have weight loss with home excercises . I don't go the gym and I need home excercises for training. I am a vegetarian and I need a diet plan so that I can be fitter and develop strength. I am 68kgs and 5'10.I can do 5 push ups at max. I want to make that 30-40 in a minute.

I want to ask how much weight do you want to lose, do you think that you have fat more than muscles?
To lose weight and fat you need a calories deficit, say 15%
With exercise ,you will be stronger and you need to begin step by step, you can select a level 1 or 2 workout from the db for the beginning and do it 3 times per week and then when you will be in better condition select level 3 workouts
Try to be active, walking etc

If you're 5'10 and 68kgs then you shouldn't want to have weight loss, (you'll be heading into being underweight), forget the scales, if anything you'd want to be putting on muscle which would make your weight go up, albiet a healthy up if the gain is muscle and not fat.
