Can you guys recommend recipes or easy snacks or smoothies I can make WITHOUT whey protein.

I don't have access to whey and people online only talk about that.-make a big smoothie out of one banana, some frozen berries, two BIG teaspoons of peanut butter, some honey to taste and real milk. I calculated for myself between 700-850 calories.
-5 fried eggs (on toast)
-quick and easy but not cheap: Tuna steaks (just sear the outside, keep the inside raw, quick and tasty) with some fried frozen veggies.
-dried sausages as a snack to go

orrr why do you say no whey? Do you have trouble with lactose? Because another cheap and easy source would be to chug 1l of milk.
Oh hun yeah the downfall of the interwebs. They have everyone thinking without whey or flavor chunks you don't get enough protein.I don't have access to whey and people online only talk about that.
