Hi @MaryW I've never tried the rowing or cycling but I do play the Box and Audio Trip absolutely love them especially the boxing. I've never heard of the Holofit app though I'll look into it.

Hi, are there any other VR fitness folks here, particularly ones who like Holofit?
I do indoor rowing and cycling with the Holofit app via Meta Quest 2 headset. I'd love to connect with folks as a way of having friendly competition to keep me accountable and exercising unlimited wordle regularly.

I'd love to connect and share progress for some friendly accountability and motivation!

I'm curious. The curious I've gotten is that I've done a little bit of Beat Saber. But I love the game Pistol Whip (even though I don't play it a lot, haha). These aren't exactly fitness programs, but they'll sure as hell give you a workout! XD

Hahahaha, most things in VR will give you a workout. @NightWolf714  There are more reasons for that than just the fact that you get to move your body as you navigate a virtual world and battle its inhabitants. The brain doesn't distinguish between a virtual action (like a jump or a punch) and a real one, so our body temperature, heartbeat, breathing rate and metabolism all go up!

That would definitely explain why I got some hungry afterwards!
