I’m likely worrying unnecessarily. But I’d like some clarity on my understanding around workouts that are for strength and conditioning instead of cardio.
I am 46 year old south Asian male 5’4 and 63kg in weight. I want to get rid of the excess weight around the belly. But I don’t want to build mass. Just getting toned is the goal.
If I eat healthy without focusing on getting more protein in my diet via protein shakes and so on and do these workouts, will I be able to get strong without getting bulky?
This feels like a question that must have been answered before but a quick search didn’t return any results specific to my question.
