Which way?

Im sorry if this has been answered, I looked and didnt find the answer.

I started Iron Born a few days ago but want to make sure I am doing it correctly. Is the correct method:

A: Do all 4 sets of the first excercise w/ 30 sec rest between each set, then rest for 2 mins and start the second excercise, and so on... --- OR ---

B: Do the first set of each excercise (4 excercises) and then rest for 2 mins, then do the second set of each excercise, and so on...
