@PeterT any suspension training equipment has specific requirements for space and a cost that make it a minority interest (relatively speaking of course) for those who train from home. So we would say "most probably not" except we have swimming workouts that can be done in one's living room (and require neither a lake nor a pool ) so the real answer is yes, we actually discussed at the end of last year just what kind of additional, no-equipment training would be most beneficial to those who use suspension training systems either in a gym environment or at home. We have designed a few workouts that are now being tested by our volunteer groups so we are awaiting their feedback. Please bear with us.
