    Hello bees :hi: Started the day with: - walking the dogs - two minutes plank - 15 minutes meditation Now I'm looking forward to finished the fasting day with a delicious "breakfast" at noon... Have a nice day!

    Thanks @TopNotch @mianekout @aku-chan :LOL: Today I started with a 15 minutes meditation. Past noon there was a free space for the "Workout that happened" ( lv. II, 5 Sets). Keep going on bees! :comeon:

    Thanks @Tileenah @Fremen @Anek @Mamatigerj for the welcome 😊 Today I did - 2 Minute Plank +EC - 10 kettlebell swings (16 kg), 5 sets Today at noon my "fasting day" was finished and I must confess I was very very hungry... 🤣
