    Today: 60 day bootcamp: Day 6 15 minutes stretching A bit sore from yesterday's intense workout but I was still able to pull through as my upper body feels a lot better. Still had to lower the weights this time though just to be sure to not injure myself. 357 days to go before my black belt...

    Yesterday: 60 day bootcamp: Day 4 Daily dare Rest day mostly Arms are still pretty sore from day 1, maybe starting with the 20lbs dumbbells was a bit too much. Tomorrow is another day of the program using weights so I'll either lower the weight or wait an extra day to be properly recovered...
